THESE REGULATIONS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THEM WILL REVOKE FUTURE PURCHASE PRIVILEGES. READ CAREFULLY! THIS IS A BINDING CONTRACT. ALL PERMITS are for FALL ’25 - SPRING ’26.

These REGULATIONS are in force to protect the rights of those who have purchased permits. All vehicles parked in violation of these regulations will be towed. YOU PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK: Wesley Foundation assumes no responsibility for damage or theft to your property

All permit parking is for the lot south of the building. No parking in the east lot unless by signed special permission.

Permit holders will be allowed to park Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 1 a.m. Cars cannot be left overnight. They will be towed at owner’s expense.

A permit does NOT entitle the holder to park here on football game days or other special events outside of the regular school day. At 9:00 a.m. on these days, any cars left on the lot will be towed immediately at owner’s expense.

Permits must be affixed to the front windshield on the inside, driver’s lower corner and clearly visible for those that are checking the lot. Those checking the lot will only look for permits on the front windshield. If they don’t see one, your car may be towed.

Permit purchases are for one vehicle and one customer only. If it is discovered you are sharing a permit, this contract will be terminated and no refund will be given. If for some reason you must drive another vehicle, notify us in person or your vehicle may be towed if the permit doesn’t match up with the vehicle tag.

All lost permits are subject to a $25 replacement fee. If a lost permit is found being used by someone else, that car will be towed immediately without question.

No person living in the residential dorms is allowed to purchase a permit for overnight parking.

Persons parking must have a current signed contract on file in the office.

In order to pick up your parking permit, the remaining balance of $125 will be due to the Wesley office by Friday, August 29th by either credit card, cash or check.

Reservation:

You have the option to pay in full ($450) or a $325 ($25 nonrefundable) deposit is required to reserve your spot for the 2023-2024 school year. Students may pick up their permit starting August 1st, 2025 and have until August 29th, 2025 to pay the remaining balance of $125 and pick up their parking permit. If students fail to pay their balance by this date, their reservation will be voided, and no refund will be granted.
